Wattlestone is proud to announce the opening of boutique luxury tourism project in the Scenic Rim, 40 mins from the Gold Coast and 80 mins from Brisbane CBD.
The project contains 20 luxury individual rooms, day spa, bar, restaurant, polo field, stables, meeting and function rooms. The project commenced over 4.5 years ago and to see it come to fruition is an exciting moment for the Hazelwood, Wattlestone and the Northcott family.
The Paddock restaurant opens with one of Australia’s best Chef’s Cameron Matthews at the helm showcasing the region and the Hazelwood farm’s best produce. Outside bookings are available for the restaurant with guests recieving a private gate code upon booking to ensure a relaxed, intimate environment is maintained for all visitors.
There are 2 rooms styles, 3 large pavilions and 17 cabins to host up to 40 couples on the farm.
