The regional city of Emerald primarily services the mining and agriculture sectors along with government support, health and education facilities for the surrounding regional Queensland communities.
The Emerald Inn provides a serviced apartment style product with all rooms offering fully serviced kitchen, separate bathroom, bedroom and living areas. Travellers Motels was established in 2023.
