Walter Taylor Acquires Strategic Industrial Asset in Brisbane’s Eagle Farm Precinct

Walter Taylor, the real estate investment division of Wattlestone, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a high-quality industrial asset in Eagle Farm—one of Brisbane’s most tightly held and strategically located industrial precincts. The property is situated approximately 6 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and 5 kilometres from Brisbane Airport, directly opposite the Royal Queensland Golf Course, and benefits from direct connectivity via the Gateway Motorway and Southern Cross Way.
The acquisition was secured through a competitive tender process on behalf of Singapore-based funds management firm ESR. The transaction was brokered by Nick Bandiera of Modus Property, who managed the process.
Located on a prominent 6,100 sqm corner site, the Harvey Street property is leased to Victaulic Australia, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining and flow control solutions. The facility is purpose-built and includes two gantry cranes, full ESFR sprinkler coverage and great internal height within the warehouse, making it a strong example of institutional-grade industrial design.
The asset aligns with Walter Taylor’s strategy of acquiring core industrial properties in key urban infill locations with long-term value drivers such as transport connectivity, tenant quality, and functional improvements. The property is located within the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area (PDA), a large urban renewal area that is being transformed into a vibrant, mixed-use precinct adjoining the Brisbane River and the suburb of Hamilton.
Walter Taylor continues to actively seek industrial opportunities across inner and middle-ring Brisbane suburbs, with a focus on long and short-WALE, flood-free assets that offer either secure income or repositioning potential. This acquisition reflects the team’s conviction in the ongoing structural demand for infill industrial property, particularly in precincts experiencing infrastructure upgrades and land supply constraints.
