Brampton is a long term agriculture investor and asset manager with a simple but meaningful philosophy to ensure the land and environment in which we are a custodian are significantly improved with meaningfully greater biodiversity, in a productive and profitable manner.

Brampton’s purpose is about creating a long term, counter cyclical, real asset backed agricultural company which will acquire, consolidate, operate and develop “sub scale assets” into institutional grade regional hubs in Eastern Australia. 

These assets will be repositioned through a redevelopment and regeneration strategy, followed by focused active management to produce the following complementary drivers of financial return and environmental outcomes.

• Unlocked latent value through a higher and better use of land;
• Focus on building natural capital to underpin financial and environmental sustainability.
