Labour Solutions Australia was founded in August 2004, from Andrew’s living room with $800 and a laptop computer whilst he was studying at university. From these humble beginnings, Labour Solutions Australia grew quickly and in 2007, Ken Warriner, the Founder and CEO of the previous Packer family owned Consolidated Pastoral Company joined Andrew as a minority shareholder.

Labour Solutions Australia become one of Australia’s largest privately owned workforce management companies with a national footprint servicing blue chip customers primarily in the transport and logistics, FMCG, food processing and agriculture sectors. The business was recognised as one of Australia’s fastest growing companies having been awarded 5 times by BRW magazine and being the only business in the 25 year history of the prestigious BRW Fast 100 list to be named in the top 10 fastest growing companies in Australia for three consecutive years.

Labour Solutions Australia was approached by South African conglomerate, Adcorp Holdings in 2012 who acquired 100% of the business in 2013.
