Wattlestone has joined the Luxembourg based fund, Planet First Partners as an LP with a vision to foster a healthier life on a healthier planet, today and for future generations through growth investments, which are designed to generate financial performance and large-scale impact.
Planet First have two core investment themes, “better for people” and “better for the planet”, which work alongside each other to deliver our vision of a healthier life on a healthier planet.
Wattlestone was attracted to the world class team led by former Roubler director and family friend, Belgium based, Alexander De Wit. Alexander and his team are focussed on working with portfolio businesses centred around consumer health, energy transition, farm to fork, green cities, circularity and industry 4.0. Planet First operate with a “hands with” value creation approach actively partnering with like-minded entrepreneurs and investors and are passionate about empowering visionary entrepreneurs who build on disruptive market insights, science and technology and collective intelligence to develop sizeable and meaningful businesses.
