The Northcott family has a long history in the real estate sector starting in Adelaide, Australia in the early 1980s. Since then, Wattlestone has owned and developed a range of real estate investments across various property sectors.

Today, the Wattlestone real estate investment activities are managed by the dedicated Walter Taylor investment vehicle which has been established to provide a dedicated platform to grow and manage the real estate interests of the Wattlestone Group.

Outside our core direct ownership, we invest through fund managers who we like and admire in other geographies including the US, Europe and Singapore.
